We have secured Jerry Ballstreri to speak to us about body language.  Please see below for a description of the pesentation and Jerry' background and experience.

Have you ever met someone who seems to know what you're thinking before you say it?  Someone with that "special something" that makes them seem like they're totally in tune with people?  Perhaps you've marveled at their insight and envied their abilities.  Now what if I told you that you could develop this skill, simply by studying non-verbal cues, or tells.  Would you be interested in learning this skill?

Jerry Balistreri, M.S., M.Ed., ASTD Certified Trainer             Professional Trainer, Speaker and Author

People that have first hand knowledge of non-verbal communication (NVC) skills go farther faster in organizations because they have a distinct advantage over others within and outside of their organization.  Thankfully, the skills required to know what to look for and how to interpret NVC can be taught and mastered just like any other skill set.

Reading the Tells is a powerful training seminar facilitated by ASTD trainer Jerry Balistreri, that gives you practical techniques, tools, and strategies for understanding and using non-verbal communication for the highest impact and effectiveness.  During this interactive training, you will learn how to:

*  Develop skills in reading non-verbal “tells” both in the workplace and with friends and family members.
*  Recognize the limbic system and its role in non-verbal communication.
*  Dispel the myth of "fight or flight".
*  Recognize the three non-verbal factors associated with "bullying".
*  Identify the most honest part of the body.
*  Detect deception in any situation.
*  Increase positive communication that hits the mark every time.

This seminar qualifies for 8 hours of CPE.  Registration is open now.  Please join us for an informative seminar that can help you both in your investigations and every day life.  Registration is at 8:00am.  Seminar begins at 8:30.  Continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon break will be provided.
